Pros
Since the job is remote, the company is excellent about working with people in different time zones and on different schedules. For the contract writing position, there is tons of flexibility. On top of the excellent hours, it's a great group of people to work with. These types of positions are very self-motivated, so the people doing them want to be there and care about their work. Everyone I've interacted with is so nice, and the management has set the bar very high for when I search for other positions. Overall, the work is meaningful, the people are great, and it's a great contract position.
Cons
Some of the work can get repetitive, but as long as you don't mind that, it's not really a problem.
