Pros
Some truly amazing people work here. Generous parental leave policy. This is based on a European model. There is now an American CEO so we will see how long this lasts. Pay is competitive.
Cons
Constant lay-offs. Employees hold their breath as the end of each quarter approaches. This is a small company so the impact is great and immediate. Communication from leadership has been very unclear and, frankly, misleading. This is not a forward thinking, innovative, profitable company. If that is what you are looking for, steer clear.
