Disorganized, Frantic - Engineer Boldyn Networks Employee Review

Senior leadership is non-decisive to say the least. It seems like they are unprepared to lead a company working in tandem with government + mobile network operators. Business development does a terrible job doing customer outreach & requirements gathering to pass on to the technical leaders actually doing the work. Also it's a toxic environment with leadership suffering from petty/old-fashioned stances on the workplace (dress code, work from home, etc.) & poor communication.
