Management are kind enough to stock the fridge and cupboards with food and drink - Access to gig tickets, weekly yogas classes and regular work socials - It's one of the nicest places to work in my experience
Cons
- The company is in a period of growth and growing pains occur. Be prepared to get stuck in and use your initiative, you'll need to buy into the vision of the company - Turnaround times are short, it's the nature of the industry and Bolster try their hardest to satisfy clients, sometimes at the detriment of staff - The company doesn't have many senior staff members aside from top management, although this is changing - Time management and organisation is being improved but is often a big cause of stress to members of the team - No one is a bad person but it can sometimes come across that way in communication
