Pros

Awesome Salary for doing nothing, no work.If you know how to impress one founder you can claim 100% more salary than what you actually deserve. Founders/Managers seldomly pressure you to do anything as they themselves don't know what they are doing. People do scams and walk away scot free as there are no processes and Mgmt doesn't care.

Cons

It is a College cultured Company with only people from BITS Pilani valued here. One founder is from Haryana so you can guess his temperament other is from Orissa and is least interested in developing the company. Both have Zero experience in Management and are very good at fooling Investors. They are extremely poor in People Management and don't know how to retain talented people. If Founders ask you for honest feedback only give them good feedback, if you give a negative feedback you are fired.

Pros

One of the worst companies I have ever worked in, 8 years of my career

Cons

This is honestly one of the worst organizations I have ever worked for. The company culture is extremely toxic and unstable. Management frequently follows a hire-and-fire approach, where employees are brought in with high expectations but are let go very quickly without proper support or job security. The work pressure is extremely high and often unreasonable. Employees are expected to handle unrealistic workloads with constant deadlines and very little appreciation or support from leadership. The environment creates continuous stress and anxiety among employees. During my time there, I witnessed how the mental pressure severely affected people’s health. One colleague reportedly suffered a serious heart attack, and another female employee sadly passed away after dealing with extreme work-related stress. These incidents deeply shocked many of us and clearly show how unhealthy the work environment has become. There is little concern for employee well-being, no work-life balance, and a constant fear of job loss. Instead of building a supportive workplace, management focuses only on targets and pressure. I would strongly advise job seekers to think carefully before joining this organization. A company should value its employees, but unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case here.

Dear Colleague, Thank you for sharing your perspective. We take all feedback seriously, as it helps us reflect on our journey as a high-growth organization. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not align with the supportive and high-performance culture we strive to build. We would like to provide clarity on the critical points you raised for the benefit of our current team and future candidates: 1. On Health and Well-being: The loss of a colleague is a profound tragedy that our entire organization continues to mourn. We must clarify that this was an unforeseen medical event. Attributing such a loss to workplace stress is a very serious claim; we investigated these matters thoroughly and remain committed to supporting the families involved. To support our current team, we provide access to professional mental health resources and therapy, encouraging a culture where well-being is prioritized. 2. On Culture and Workload: While the nature of a startup involves high energy and ambitious goals, we do not believe in 'unreasonable' pressure. We utilize a transparent OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to ensure workloads are balanced and aligned with business goals. To counter stress, we maintain a robust 'Ongoing feedback Mechanism' program to ensure employees feel heard, appreciated, and supported by management. Our recent 90% People Engagement score suggests that the vast majority of our team finds their work environment both challenging and deeply rewarding. 3. On Job Security and the 'Hire-and-Fire' Allegation: We do not practice a hire-and-fire approach. Every 'Earthling' who joins us goes through a structured integration period with clear success metrics. We view exits as a last resort, occurring only after extensive performance mentorship and realignment efforts have been exhausted. Our goal is long-term retention and internal growth. 4. On Recognition and Support: We believe in celebrating wins. From regular meetups to internal appreciation tools, we actively work to ensure that targets are met with shared celebration, not just pressure. We are committed to a 'People-First' philosophy, balancing the drive for results with a genuine concern for work-life harmony. We are always open to a direct, constructive conversation to understand where we can improve further. We wish you the very best in your next professional chapter."

Pros

A lot to learn, everyone is very helpful and make you grow together with them and with the company defining the future of EV charging!

Cons

Stipend can be a little more, with the current stipend it becomes a little bit hard to maintain living out there, but still the learnings here are way much valuable
