Cons
Working at Bolt Insight was an extremely frustrating experience. The company is severely lacking in structure and processes, with everything being "winged" on the fly. The senior management team, especially the CEO and Co-founders, are unprofessional and appear to be only interested in a quick exit rather than long-term success or employee well-being. They overpromise to staff and fail to deliver, leading to a revolving door of employees. The overall culture is toxic, and it’s clear that the company is a sinking ship. I wouldn't recommend working here unless you're desperate for short-term employment.
