      Pros

      Bolt Security review: I have found it to be a fun competitive environment. the pay is competitive with the alarm industry and they are growing fast.

      Cons

      the only thing I would say bad is that they are a newer company and still figuring out some of their processes. but they are always asking for employee feedback and it seems like they really listen to our suggestions.

      Pros

      This is the best, most honest, customer-focused alarm company I have worked for, and I have worked for a few. Overall atmosphere and company culture is fun but competitive. Admin support staff is excellent, and feedback from customers was always positive.

      Cons

      some of my coworkers got a little over-competitive at times, but it was usually for the best.
