      Employees are encouraged to pursue what they like to do, quite a lot of flexibility and minimal micromanagement due to start-up culture. Can work from anywhere depending on the role and regulations.

      Cons

      Make changing positions within the company more logical and less of a tedious long process(considering the person is already in Bolt)
