Inequity in pay across the business divisions, no appetite from exec to drive consistency across the business. Slowed and failing strategic goals, due to consistent staff turn over and lack of traction completion in major projects and even low level initiatives. Poor pay in major areas of the business, contributing to turn over and impacting good teams.
