Unfortunately I speak on behalf of many who have experienced a toxic environment in the NQ sites. Narcissistic behaviour, bullying and harassment have been a reason good staff have exited. Company needs to listen to staff more often and stop being naive in thinking it doesn't exist or resignations will continue. Below industry wages for the work expectations.
