Pros
Offers competitive salary. You will have a health card from the start and you can add one valid dependent for each year of your stay with the company. Good natured and approachable CEO.
Cons
This is just my perspective and should be taken with grain of salt. Once your previous client have terminated the services of the company, you will have a floating status and you will be assigned temporarily (if not permanently) to different projects while waiting for a client that will need your specific skill set at the same time only receiving a fraction of what you previously receive when you still have a client.
