Amazing and Innovative Company - Advisor Boltt Employee Review

I am trying very hard to think but there are no pros which are coming to my mind rightnow

The list is endless: 1) Weekends are off for technology people but not for business & marketing people. This creates an environment of inequality in the office 2) HR doesn't have any experience in handling the process of tech startup. They are more sort of HR who have worked only in manufacturing companies 3) There is no flexibility in timing .U need to complete a minimum of 9 hrs even If u dont have work for 9 hrs 4) The senior management is very inexperienced & only listens to their friends. The internal people will get it what I am saying 5) The company doesnt have a clear path for the new joinees

Amazing company to work for. Good culture, high energy, fun and lots of reasons to stay. The people are very friendly and helpful here @Boltt.

I did not found any cons but yes little bit issues are in every company so i don't want to put those here.
