Pros
Management very accessible. BOMAG is transitioning into a new better version of it’s self. The last year there have been so many positive changes it’s impossible to list them here. They pay well, offer good benefits, treat employees very well.
Cons
Company still working thru some negative things within company culture. (That’s going away every day). For me there is no real cons to working here.
