Pros
- my team and most coworkers have been the kindest and most supportive of any position that I've held - company always tries to plan events for people to come together (company kick-off, paid dinners, etc.) - decent benefits package
Cons
Bombora went through 2 layoffs last year without much of an indication from executive leadership that layoffs would even happen or that the company was on shaky ground in terms of finances We're currently undergoing efforts to achieve profitability by ~June, and it's involved a lot of change and much more responsibilities in my day-to-day work that didn't exist when I first joined The company prides itself on "grow yourself here", i.e., stay with the company and you'll be promoted to a higher position. That's definitely not happening for who knows how long. Instead, they recently promoted a bunch of people by giving them more senior job titles without any increase in compensation They took away 401k match Despite taking on more work and to a higher degree than the rest of my team, my manager has not shown any real interest in discussing at least a change in my title Honestly, I'm looking for a new job right now because I just don't believe Bombora is going to be successful long term. I would not recommend applying here unless you have a solid savings account
