Pros
The internship is 4-5 days a week depending on what you prefer. You can work with some pro athletes. You also will work with college and amateur athletes. You learn proper techniques on various lifting and cardio exercises.
Cons
This internship is unpaid for almost everyone. Be prepared to do a ridiculous amount of manual labor and be disrespected by senior management. Employee turnover is obscenely high and some employees resort to working on weekends just to make a stable income. You're basically prepared to do what trainers do... for free because there is no money to be made in this internship. That won't stop them from telling you to go to a mandatory workshop which costs hundreds of dollars. All full-time trainers are required to spend endless amounts of hours doing pointless social media interaction in order to reel in thousands of "hot leads" to lure people into training here.
