Under staffed - Foodservice Worker Bon Appétit Management Employee Review

Will revisit this question later. Employees don't feel valued, no incentives. People call out all the time, but receive no correction for cakl outs. Whether it is Bon Appetit or Compass group, there isn't competitive pay. As I know the manager would love to pay more, his hands are tied, leading us to be extremely short staffed and leading us to major burn-out!
