You get 50% food for yourself while on shift. That's it.
Cons
The management was terribly biased and played favorites. From giving their favorites the "best" shifts, to treating them better, and picking on others for small things, the whole company was extremely unprofessional. Additionally, they did not give a break for 5 - 7 hour shifts at all. If it was busy you couldn't get a chance to eat for 7 hours.
