Overloaded must to do list for reporting system

They are honestly. trying to make the drivers feel home, the pay its great, they are very professional.

Because of the OTR Spot Market now days being so difficult, and because of Shippers/Receivers. having such a little regard for drivers it makes it very difficult to operate in a safe manner. Say if a Shipper request a delivery at 1:00 Am or if they take 5 hours to load you or unload you they have to have a place for you to stay if you run out of your HOS. IT is the law, you can not drive. Sometimes they take hours to give you a door than you have to wake up to go to assigned door 3 hours later they finish unloading you and ask you to go. That is crazy unsafe. Also working 7 days a week it's super hard. FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE BEST.
