Pros
It's very hard to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but Bondaval does that for me - from ambitious company vision and high growth trajectory, to interesting and rewarding work, great team, strong culture and inspiring leadership.
Cons
Not a con but would say one needs to be flexible and open to change as the company evolves quickly. Which also makes it exciting!
