Cons
A company that promotes well being days and “R U OK Day” yet they completely disregard any mental health concerns that arise from being bullied within the company. Area and state managers use your mental health against you and make derogatory remarks regarding serious issues such as anxiety. They would rather keep the people causing these issues in a job to make things easier for them, so they don’t have to actually screen employees and hire new people. No amount of reporting to HR, even with damning evidence, results in consequences for said unprofessional team members. In fact, they are rewarded by being made multi-site managers across multiple stores instead.
