Pros
I had a lot of amazing opportunities at Bonfire. There was ample room for professional development, and hierarchy is very much contingent upon a meritocracy. Management is looking less for "yes men" and more for people who will provide a diverse range of opinions. Company culture emphasizes transparency and honesty, which leaves a lot of room for the people willing to play the proverbial devil's advocate. It also carves a space for those who will establish a business need and take the initiative to meet that need, Most importantly, employees are extremely supportive of each other; Bonfire is a drama-free environment, and I felt lucky to be a part of this team.
Cons
The business is growing rapidly, so employees (especially management) shoulder a lot of the demand. Processes and procedures are still being established. Hours can be long, though this is true of virtually any marketing agency.
