Pros
Casual environment, small company, seems very friendly and laid back in the beginning.
Cons
Many of the employee perks used to attract talent disappear as soon as work starts. I was told it was a high-end marketing agency that produced quality work but it works more like a content farm, most of the work is filled with typos and errors because editors tell writers to finish three-hour projects in one hour. And they don't just lie to the clients, the employees are swindled too. When I interviewed I was told I could work from home as needed and start each morning whenever I wanted, but I noticed that those who came in at 9:15 were taken aside by their supervisors and employees who actually used the work from home option tended to be fired after a few months. Then several women in the company discovered they were paid significantly less than the men. The issue was quickly covered up. Bonfire is seriously lacking in integrity.
