Pros
Management truly cares about the success of all employees, both in their careers and outside of work. They value employee feedback and move very quickly when changes need to be made. They take the time to set the strategic direction for the agency and actively evaluate progress, adjusting where needed. Employees care about one another and are quick to help and celebrate each others success. Great company culture, work environment, and work/life balance.
Cons
Ultimately each employee is responsible for owning their professional development. Management is generally supportive but each employee must take the initiative to identify opportunities for personal growth, training, etc.
