      Pros

      Very flexible workplace where you have alot of freedom in which projects you want to work on. No micromanaging and manager does the same work as you (makes it easy to communicate tasks)

      Cons

      Work life balance is good but it took a hit when they went from 2 to 1 day a week where you can work from home.

      They changed our great hybrid model from 2 remote days to only once a week.
