Pros

There's Nothing good about this company.

Cons

I dont understand where to start from. After working so hard in the company i have realised that a company cannot get more unethical. They cheat their employeea by not paying the full amount every month. Not even one single employee after leaving the company talks nice about it. Big mistake of koining this company. -You have to work very carefully since you dont know for what reason your salary would get deducted. - You feel demotivated because every month one of your friend either gets fired from the company or resigns because of work pressure. -Here the Owner treat their employeees as labours. They slog them for 10-11 hrs a day, & and are even force to work on sundays. -At the time of interviews they mention 6 working days but after few days of joining we are forced to work on sundays otherwise our salary will be deducted. - All the positive reviews about the company are completely fake pls do not rely on this as owner forces it employees to do so or they create a fake id and upload a reviews. -they hire of other profile an after joining you are forced to work for some different profile. -They deducted my salary wihout any particular reason.

Alternative Saturday rule in office sometime there is no work and there is nobody to actually see all employees are doing time pass but still company wants that to stay 9 to 6:30 internally everybody is fighting Hr never try to solve those issues that looks very bad in operation team all are pervert even after the 3 complaint from the girls still there was no action taken rest is your decision for long term perspective there is no growth you didn't learn more here you stuck in the same repetitive task
