No clarity of thought as what they exactly want to do and focus on, they keep changing their strategies and focus but expect results immediately. Founders treat the employees like slaves and they believed in it They think they any person who does not co-operate is corrupted. No training or support provided and expect results immediately. Talk about knowing the whole city but cant help in growing the business. Most important thing the founders are full of themselves and they don't belive in taking feedbacks.
