Is this your company?

Pros

over 5 minutes and still nothing, so I guess I'll move on to cons

Cons

you name it. Verbal harassment. Unrealistic expectations. After being a victim of their sales and marketing approach, I think I could maintain more integrity as a door to door wiener salesman. They literally try to program you to give terrible customer service and rip people off. I was actually told to delete a customer service request- "Just delete that one. If it's really important they'll try again." Wow! Where's the reward? Not in the $12/hour, that's for sure. Not only should you not work for this company, but you should tell everyone you ever meet to never support a company like this. Buy your books somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Pros

AndCustomers were great, love the books

Cons

*Management belittles their employees after a while telling them how terrible at their job they are to push you out. *Follow policies to the letter but wasnt good enough and they give you a corrective even after management tells you to do it that way. Then question why you did it that way 7 times in hope you will change your story to write you up. Store manager is friends with HR personal so she will never be held accountable for her actions and once they decide you are the next to be forced out, they tell you how aweful you are at your job. *Store manager and corporate in training manager gang up on staff, yet are the kast to actually follow policy then throw you under the bus for their actions.
