Pros
- Experienced and well seasoned leadership - Lots of autonomy and clear areas of responsibility across the team (i.e., empowered to problem solve) - Great culture (people are high performers but there's strong personal connections and great camaraderie) - Lots of feedback and coaching to enable professional growth across the team - Fully remote/distributed team
Cons
- Coming up to speed on the industry can be challenging (i.e. construction tech is still in its infancy). Good onboarding to help new hires get up to speed but it can take some time for folks to get their bearings.
