Pros
- Strong team culture among junior employees, but this might not be good for the management team because it's an "us vs. the bosses" kind of dynamic - Pay is slightly above industry norms
Cons
The directors (co-founders) have a tendency to be disorganised. This leads to people pulling long hours because there's a lot of work to do, and they also need to fix mistakes caused by frequent changes in decisions. In addition, some of the claims made by this company to their customers are actually still "in the works." Some employees are okay with this because "every company does the same thing" but others are not.
