Pros

snacks and food on occasion comfortable office friendly co workers

Cons

incredibly toxic management. new hires often get fired within 1-2 days and the manner in which the ceo and cto talk to people is incredibly dehumanizing. Every single person in the company ( outside of the CEO and CTO ) knows that the company's culture is in the gutter. I like that the management has genuine passion for their vision and work extremely hard and for that I gave a second star however, they constantly lie, berate and make poor decisions. The say their software is used by over 10,000 individual practices but as someone who works in the team that manages these clients I can assure you the number isn't even close to 2 thousand let alone 10 thousand. I currently am approaching a year at this company and honestly the sheer number of people I've seen get let go for 0 discernable reason is unbelievable. The CEO yelling and insulting employees in public settings is a norm of the culture at this company.

Pros

None to actual note about this place. Aside from the people in the Miami office

Cons

At my short time at BoomerangFX I was lead to believe by the CEO this is a place you can tear up your CV and feel like you have a place to grow. To only come in the following week get told that 6 other people in my training class were let go because the CEO didn't feel like they were a good fit. This place doesn't have a good script, doesn't think it worth investing in a way to connect with the decision makers just talk to the receptionist and go from there. Additionally, if a recruiter tells you its $75 per meeting booked think again the OTE couldn't be more off it $25 per meeting attended. Only place where I have worked that no-one from operations, IT, and HR are actually able to answer anything because they just got hired and don't know the process creating internal delays. Only company where they have the guts to tell their employee that they hold 3 days of pay from when you start and is released when they are cut from the company. Seeing your Chief Executive Officer walk-in with shoe laces untied, backpack flipped. And then hearing him talk to his team members like they are children infront of everyone else,
