Since BoomerangFX processes are still evolving as the company scales, so as an employee we need to be adaptable. Our company is expanding their business rapidly, hence, work–life balance can be a challenge sometimes, especially during peak hiring sprints, but the leadership has always been mindful of employee burnouts and takes steps to redistribute workload when possible. Overall, a strong place to build recruiting skills and work on global hiring programs in the IT Healthcare industry.
