Pros

✅ Fast-Growing Company * The company has received recognition for rapid growth and has expanded internationally. ✅ Learning Opportunities * Several employees mention gaining exposure to SaaS, healthcare technology, sales, and medical aesthetics. * Can be valuable for recruiters looking to broaden industry expertise.

Cons

Very fast paced thus difficult for people to go with the flow.

Pros

None to actual note about this place. Aside from the people in the Miami office

Cons

At my short time at BoomerangFX I was lead to believe by the CEO this is a place you can tear up your CV and feel like you have a place to grow. To only come in the following week get told that 6 other people in my training class were let go because the CEO didn't feel like they were a good fit. This place doesn't have a good script, doesn't think it worth investing in a way to connect with the decision makers just talk to the receptionist and go from there. Additionally, if a recruiter tells you its $75 per meeting booked think again the OTE couldn't be more off it $25 per meeting attended. Only place where I have worked that no-one from operations, IT, and HR are actually able to answer anything because they just got hired and don't know the process creating internal delays. Only company where they have the guts to tell their employee that they hold 3 days of pay from when you start and is released when they are cut from the company. Seeing your Chief Executive Officer walk-in with shoe laces untied, backpack flipped. And then hearing him talk to his team members like they are children infront of everyone else,
