Pros
I've had a few managers in different departments and I've been amazed by the support they provide personally and professionally. It makes a substantial difference in work/life balance when your managers work with you to find solutions and are active in providing paths for career development. This is my experience at Boomi.
Cons
Working 100% remote can feel like you are removed from the people experience. This was a role that I understood when I took my job and really it works better for me but it sometimes is hard only talking to people online or in video meetings. When we have group chats that are for fun (not work) its great. Lets have more of those!
