There were a couple people worth getting to know there, but they all got laid-off when Boon was bought by Tomy.
Cons
Communication is awful, no sense of order or organization, and lots of back-biting. Credit for ideas and hard work is often not given. Hours are extremely long, and often continue after you go home. There's no work/life balance, which isn't really a problem for the single people but is extremely difficult for those with families. A couple managers are completely unprofessional: making fun of the people in their department behind their back to other employees, unable to deal with or resolve conflict, and often resort to passive-aggressive actions. The culture is very clique-ish; there's definitely a cool crowd and a not-cool crowd.
