- Management gives rules to employees but do not follow it themselves - HR on a weird power trip, they also do nothing or take any feedback from associates - Give personal improvement plans out like it’s a normal thing at a company (it’s not). if you are put on one you don’t receive your bonus for the year. interesting. - Communication cross teams is non existent, things are always wrong, delayed, etc. - experienced management yelling at customers, using language about other employees that can be uncomfortable, etc. - Senior management (VP level) create pricing formulas which lower management ignores intentionally because they think the formula is “stupid” or “dumb” or a variation of those adjectives. - complaints about manager behavior is not taken seriously, and every excuse in the book is made for their poor behavior - they are used to paying rural NC wages, comp is no where near raleigh wages (where corporate office is) - there is a REASON jobs are reposted relatively frequently- and it’s not because of internal growth.
