Pros
One time someone from upper management bought us $24 worth of pizza. Also, despite there being an equal amount of management and staff some days they have the collective leadership skills of a playground bully so the chaos that ensues feels like watching a reality tv show.
Cons
Typical “we’re a family” toxic workplace vibes. They pay more than other facilities in the area because you are expected to take part in covering up their poor treatment of residents. If you suspect neglect or abuse make sure to get your own proof before you think about telling management otherwise your job will be made harder.
