Pros
1) Staff: dedicated and easy to work with staff. In this bad working environment there are genuine wonderful people who has dreams and ambitions in life for themselves and their family. Due to economic situation they are enduring this place. 2) Office location is very nice and safe so no worry getting off of work at 1:00am or 2:00am or 3:00am.
Cons
Because of high manpower turnover, lack of planning and lack of staff training on workflow and project managements, there were tons of backlogs and wrapping up of clients' services are being done on last the minute. This high turnover is due to incompetent Firm Administrator, who in my opinion doesn't have a clue of his role and responsibilities. Staff morale are very low and there is no motivation from Management.
