- I would give this company 0 starts if I could - I only lasted 1 year and had to leave with no other job prospect. I couldn’t take it any longer - A company that prides itself on good quality and expensive products can only afford to pay minimum wage - under staffed, over worked - management would never leave the office - too many procedural errors to mention; never got paid the correct amount, never got given the correct uniform, never on the fire register - would bring these complaints to management with a response of “oh, not my problem” - unfair treatment e.g promotion to staff who they favoured as friends outside of work - I know 8+ People who have left in the space of 1 year due to management and the stress and pressure of the job.
