      Pros

      Great food, good business, and loved the customers.

      Cons

      The worker's attitude and the manager's attitude were very clicky and petty. The hours weren't fair and would always ask for a doctor's note for everything even when I was part-time with no paid days off.

      Pros

      Bootys is a true family environment, they’re super tight and thoughtful. Their dishes are super easy to learn. Even when it’s busy, I had so much funny getting the orders done. The owners through lake trips and Christmas parties. This is a place you want to work.

      Cons

      Some employees do be crying, however the family aspects out weighs this.
