Benefits, but that's also a pro at several other companies.
Cons
Managers play favorites and if you aren't in the right crowd you're not going to go anywhere. There is unfair treatment and some of the best people are gone because it isn't worth the stress or they have been targeted to get rid of. Morale is awful.
