Pros
A lot of highly experienced and collaborative colleagues, very international environment. Old Borealis spirit of doing things efficiently and collabrating closely. Reasonable pay.
Cons
Since the changes in ownership in 2020 a significant increase of bureaucracy with decision making having become very hierarchic and slow. Work/life balance is not healthy in several places. Organization is becoming more siloed.
