Pros
Great management style, you are left to manage your own work to some respect and management is there to help rather than dicate. Encourage innovation and openly accept opinions for improvement etc Willing to provide any training that is required/desired. Regualr reviews of work/performance, issues, salary Great company beneifts and employee support
Cons
Expect to do extra hours for free. When people have worked well over there contracted hours for free I don't feel its maybe acknowledged as much as it should be. Pay isn't quite as high as other equivalent companies
