Good place to start after school for new beginners! Good benefits~
Cons
- upper management only care about revenue - nobody cares about employer employee relations - feedback from the exit interviews are not implemented - employees get fired for no good reason and is dependent on the manager - huge turnover in 2021 due to poor management - no career growth, no challenges, no opportunities to learn and people do the same work years and years together - lots of positions are not filled after an employee leaves, creating a huge ton of work load for the remaining employees - vacation days are very limited - diversity is not valued
