Leadership is very supportive and allows the teachers to make their classes their own. The employee work environment is very friendly, supportive, and familial.
Cons
Some "beginner" level classes have both youth and adults enrolled. While they may be at the same level, their stages of development are almost opposites. This can make communicating with the whole class difficult.
