They appear to have a decent product and good engineers.

1. Founder pretends to hire full-time employees at "good" compensation in other regions outside of India and Spain with the intent of having them do specific projects and stealing their ideas, but with no intention of keeping them. 2. An ethical founder would make it clear he wants a contractor rather than a salaried employee, but he tricks people into doing what he needs at the time by falsely offering a full-time job. 3. He does not keep them for even a year in order to avoid bonuses and stock grants.

Working here has been an incredible experience so far! The leadership team is truly inspiring—they lead with clarity, transparency, and vision. Strategic thinking sessions are a highlight; they are not only engaging but also give everyone a chance to contribute and feel heard. The workplace culture is excellent, with a supportive and collaborative team that makes you feel valued and respected. Flexible working hours and the hybrid work model make it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. It’s a place that cares about your personal and professional growth.

None that stand out. It's a fast-paced environment, so it may take some time to adjust if you're used to a slower pace.
