      Pay is decent if you're an external hire Work hours are good

      Cons

      Very cliquey Promotions are not based on performance and one director determines all Promotions are biased towards Caucasian males of privileged backgrounds No female directors, none above manager level No flexibility with hours - lunch must be taken at 1pm

      Limited room to grow Favoritism at its finest Promotions are basically based on one director’s decision If you’re not one of their favourites, you’re probably not progressing and just end up stuck up doing the same work over and over again
