Pros
The office staffs show more integrity, teamwork, and accountability than the entire leadership team. While the so called leaders play politics and chase power, it’s the staff who keep the company running. They deserve the credit, not the ones sitting in corner offices acting like they are above everyone else.
Cons
Working here was one of the worst experiences of my career. The company culture is really bad. Once they feel they don’t need you anymore, they let you go without any care or respect. I was not even allowed to stay for an hour after being told I was fired. they treated me like a security risk, not a person who worked hard for them. The leadership is weak and has no clear direction. Decisions are based on ego, not on smart planning or care for people. There’s no clear plan, no help when you need it, and no thanks for your work. If you are thinking about joining this company, Please be careful. Don’t believe the promises as it becomes void in span of hours after joining too. Find a workplace that actually values people and helps them grow.
