As the only intern, you have unfettered access to numerous investment professionals who specialize in a variety of sectors/markets. For those who are passionate about investment research, this is a prime opportunity to constantly be learning from seasoned veterans.

Often a lot of unstructured time, leaving me to keep busy. For some this could be a make or break factor, but again, for those interested, use the time to develop stock write-ups and work on your research and writing skills.

Great people to be around day-in and day-out. Involved in many daily processes throughout internship (i.e., daily morning meetings), lots of intelligent people leading the company, unique investment strategy, opportunity to learn variety of new skills , good mentoring

None that I can think of. Hours were normal, work was beneficial, and everyone at the firm is pleasant to be around and makes an effort to interact to offer advice/help
