Pros
The satisfaction of really making a difference in the lives of broken people. The staff team is amazing, as is the program Vice President. He is very warm, caring and approachable.
Cons
Senior management seems to care less and less about staff, which is a great change from the past culture. Most positions are limited to 30 hours per week to avoid providing benefits. People who love what they do at BRM are leaving because they can't survive financially.
