Pros
You get a pay check and you may get to drive a company vehicle after 6-8 months if you're worthy
Cons
Lots & lots of nasty negative criticism from the Department Head who should be helping and supporting. Lots of demands & no compromising. The amount of lies and back stabbing is like nothing I've ever seen. They know that we don't have time for lunch because our routes are so full and they don't care. No lunch, no breaks & no overtime. I had to file a complaint with L&I for a years worth of work that they refused to pay me for. You clock in, but they don't pay you until 7:30. The route sheet times are all lies. They make you do 9 hours worth of work in 8 hours. And it better be outstanding so they can brag about their awards. It's a modern day sweat shop and the employees suffer. They chose the perfect Interior Manager because she's verbally abusive and she's mean. No one should have to be verbally humiliated, bullied or demeaned in the workplace just because they aren't as good as she is. I don't know how many times I was told "your stuff looks like s..it." After they lied about my route and made it nearly impossible for me to do my job, I quit
